Rental Rates  (This rental fee includes use of Meehan Center's tables/chairs as well; However, any and all linens, paper products and/or F &B services will need to be provided by your contracted Caterer or through a Rental company.)

Room Configuration
 

Room Options: 
 Large Social Hall can be sub-divided to provide a more intimate setting for smaller groups.
Meeting Rooms can be split using electronic, sound-proof doors to make two smaller rooms 

Equipment in Meeting Rooms: 

All meeting rooms have comprehensive audio visual systems.  The large social hall includes a 12’ x 6’ drop down screen, built in ceiling projector, and wireless sound to meet any event need. 

Linens, Tables and Chairs 
Basic Tables and Chairs are provided by the Meehan Center, but additional rentals are available at via area rental companies, like Taylor Rental of Malvern. 

Linens can be provided with a separate rental agreement or by the Caterer selected from our aprroved provider list.

Decoration of The Meehan Center:  When a client wants to decorate The Meehan Center space the following guidelines are to be observed:
 

1. Absolutely nothing shall be attached to the walls, woodwork, ceilings, floors or any painted surface at anytime.   No nails, screws, push pins, tape, adhesive, putty or anything of the like shall be used at any time on these surfaces. 
2. Items may be brought in that are free standing providing they do not mar the floor, ceiling or walls of the event space.
3. Lightweight signs or decorations may be hung from the suspended ceiling using appropriate hooks designed for suspended ceiling use.
4. Items may be attached to the picture window glass (no other surfaces) with tape or adhesive putty such as ‘Sticky Tack’ provided all traces of tape or putty are completely removed at the conclusion of your event.
5. Live flowers and plants may be brought in and must be removed at the end of your event.  If you would like to donate the flowers or plants following your event, please make prior arrangements with the Event Manager.
6. No confetti or glitter or similar item may be used.
7. Candles may be burned provided they are in a glass container or a glass “hurricane” that surrounds the lit candle.

Alcoholic Beverages 
We recommend that alcoholic beverages be contracted by the client with the caterer they select. If the client wants to provide the alcoholic beverages they must provide their own insurance coverage. Please review the Insurance Form in this packet of information. 

Gambling 
There shall be no gambling permitted on SS. Simon and Jude property, except as specifically authorized by a governmental authority.  Licensee herby accepts all responsibility for all gambling violations.
