Villa Maria by the Sea Retreat Center, Stone Harbor, NJ, is offering two retreats in December:
 
Wednesday, December 6, 2023 – 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
“The Gift You Have Received Give as a Gift!” presented by Sister Mariann Guiniven, IHM. In an atmosphere of quiet calm and natural beauty we will invite Saint Nicholas and the Blessed Virgin Mary, great gift-bearers from the past to share their wisdom with us that we might share our gifts with others. Mass is at 8:00 a.m.  Coffee & check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. Lunch is included. $60 per person.
 
Friday, December 15 4:00 p.m. to Sunday, December 17 1:30 p.m.
Private/Directed Retreat with Sister Ruth Bolarte, IHM & Sister Barbara Cook, IHM
     $240—Directed (limited to 10 people)
     $200—Silent
Have you ever taken a weekend away with God? Jesus invites us to “come apart .     . . . for awhile” so that we can hear his voice! You can take advantage of the beautiful surroundings to engage in deep listening with God or meet with a trained spiritual director who can help you discern how God is speaking with you. The weekend begins on Friday evening (with a light supper available for early arrivals) and ends with a sharing of the graces after lunch on Sunday.
