The week at Saints Simon and Jude School began with a beautiful Spring Concert featuring our students in chorus and band. Thank you to Miss Jennie McIntyre, Music Teacher, and Mr. Derrick Banks, Instrumental Music Teacher, for adding to the fine arts program at SSJ!
 
After a hiatus from field trips due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are so happy to see our students enjoying many fun experiences. This week our 8^th grade students went to Washington DC; 7^th grade to Eastern State Penitentiary; 6^th grade to the Franklin Institute; 5^th grade to the Sight and Sound Theater; and 2^nd grade to Longwood Gardens. Field trips are always such a fun, memorable, and educational experience for the children! Thank you to our teachers and parent chaperones for your help to make them happen.
