If you need help: Good Works helps low-income homeowners with home repair needs. We work in and around Coatesville, West Chester, St. Peters Village and Phoenixville, PA. Good Works focuses on repairs that make homes warmer, safer, and drier for homeowners that qualify for assistance. There is no cost for these repairs, and volunteers do most of the work. https://www.goodworksinc.org/apply-for-help/
If you can volunteer to help: Good Works needs individuals to come and help. While many come with skills and experience, most just come with willing hearts. Volunteers accomplish most of the work during regularly scheduled Saturday workdays. Our staff and volunteer leaders organize and oversee all the repairs. Call 610-383-6311 or visit www.goodworksinc.org to find out more about general work day volunteering. To join our SS Simon and Jude work days which are the 3rd Saturday of each month, you can call Annette Glaudel at 610-431-9566.
Good Works provides meaningful opportunities to use your unique skills, knowledge, and experience to make a positive impact on our community. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a contractor, helping deliver materials for worksites or lunches to crews, or supporting the relational and spiritual needs of homeowners and volunteers, we welcome all eager participants.
