This summer our parish will once again participate in a one week home repair mission in Central Appalachia. We will leave on Saturday, July 20, and return Saturday, July 27. We need 20 high school youth and at least 8 adults to participate. We will travel by rental vans to Kentucky this year. Two adults will be paired with five teens to form a team and we plan to bring four teams. Youth must currently be in 9th grade or older, and adults must be at least 25 years old and have a good driving record. No construction / “handyperson” skills are necessary but having them is certainly appreciated.
